You may cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. If the cancellation request is received within the 24-hour delivery window, you will receive an unused credit equal to 100% of the ordered amount.
For orders with a delivery time less than 24 hours away, you may cancel within 8 hours of placing the order and receive a 100% unused credit.
If your order is out for delivery but has not yet reached its destination, we will try to contact the driver to cancel the delivery. However, due to the product’s perishability, we will only provide 50% unused credit.
Unused credit is valid for up to 6 months from the cancellation date. After that, the credit will be forfeited.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Refund Policy
As our flower arrangements are perishable, we do not offer refunds.
If you receive a product in poor condition, please notify The Garden Flower Boutique within 48 hours and provide proof of the complaint. If we determine that the complaint is genuine, we will replace the product with the same item.
We do not provide refunds for issues resulting from customer error, such as incorrect information provided or the recipient’s refusal to accept the item. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for duplicate orders resulting from technical payment processing issues.
